Cancellation Policy
At Farm Fresh Kikapu, we work closely with smallholder farmers to ensure your produce is freshly harvested and carefully packed just for you. Because of this made-to-order process, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
No Cancellations After Order Placement
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it is forwarded immediately to our farmers and fulfillment team. As such, we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund any orders.
Need to Change Delivery Details?
If you made a mistake with your delivery address or contact details, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do our best to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.
