Farm Fresh Kikapu is a farm-to-door delivery service that connects you directly with Kenyan smallholder farmers. We deliver fresh, organic produce and value-added items like honey and ginger paste to your doorstep in Nairobi.

We work with a network of trusted small-scale farmers across Kenya. From Kitui to Kirinyaga, our produce is locally grown, seasonal, and harvested just in time for your order.

You can place your order directly through our website or by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Simply choose your basket, confirm your delivery details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Currently, we deliver within Nairobi and selected nearby areas. If you're unsure whether your location is covered, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll confirm.

Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered the next day (Monday to Saturday). We'll contact you to confirm your preferred delivery time.

We offer curated baskets to ensure freshness and seasonal variety. For special requests or dietary needs, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!

Please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We'll review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and other mobile payment options. Payment details will be shared once your order is confirmed.

Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed. However, we’re happy to help if there’s a genuine issue with your order.
